These terms define how ConsoleWale accepts bookings, collects payments and deposits, hands over PS5 rental equipment, handles return, and allocates responsibility for safe use, damage, loss, cancellation, and disputes.
Valid government ID proof and the refundable security deposit may be required before handover.
The customer is responsible for safe use, timely return, loss, theft, and physical damage during the rental period.
Mandatory consumer rights and remedies available under applicable law are not excluded by these terms.
1. Acceptance and Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern use of ConsoleWale's website, customer account area, booking flow, PS5 rental service, delivery, pickup, payment, invoices, and related support. By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting a booking request, accepting handover, or using the rented equipment, you agree to these terms.
- References to "ConsoleWale", "we", "us", or "our" mean ConsoleWale, the PS5 rental service operator.
- References to "customer", "you", or "your" mean the person creating the account, submitting the booking, paying for the rental, receiving the equipment, or using the service.
- If a booking confirmation, invoice, handover checklist, receipt, damage note, or written rental document is issued for a specific booking, it forms part of these terms for that booking.
- If any part of these terms is held invalid, the remaining parts continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
